RecoPulse Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RecoPulse: the website at recopulse.io, the free AI check and the RecoPulse app. By using RecoPulse you agree to them. If you use RecoPulse on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for it.

1. Who we are

RecoPulse is provided by UAB „LT projektų grupė“, company code 304142224, registered at V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: hello@recopulse.io.

2. The service

RecoPulse asks AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity) customer-style questions about a business, and reports whether and how the business is mentioned and recommended.

  • Free AI check: one AI engine and a small set of questions. No account needed.
  • Free account: one business and one free audit.
  • Paid plans: all supported AI engines, more questions, repeat audits and progress tracking, as described on the Pricing page.

We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we remove a feature from a paid plan you've paid for, we'll tell you in advance, and you may cancel.

3. Important: what the results are and aren't

AI answers change from day to day and can differ between users, phrasings and locations. A RecoPulse report is a snapshot of what the AI services answered when we asked. It is not a permanent fact or a measurement of your business's quality.

  • We don't guarantee any particular result, ranking or increase in AI mentions or customers.
  • Our recommendations are general guidance, not professional legal, marketing or financial advice.
  • AI answers are produced by third parties. We report them as given and aren't responsible for their content or accuracy.

RecoPulse is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Perplexity. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity are trademarks of their respective owners.

4. Accounts

You must give a valid email address and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. This permanently deletes your businesses and reports.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • bypass or try to bypass usage limits, for example by creating multiple accounts or rotating IP addresses to get more free checks or audits;
  • use bots, scripts or automated means to access the service, except features we explicitly provide for that;
  • resell, scrape or republish the service or its reports as your own product without our written permission;
  • interfere with, overload, or try to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data;
  • use the service for anything unlawful.

You may check any publicly accessible website. Results describe only what AI services say publicly about that business.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first.

6. Paid plans and billing

  • Price: as shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are final. VAT is not charged because the seller is not a VAT payer.
  • Billing: subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Cancelling: you can cancel anytime in Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't charge you again.
  • Price changes: we'll give at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it applies.
  • Refunds: except where the law requires otherwise, payments for a started billing period aren't refunded.
  • Consumers' right of withdrawal (EU): if you're a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online contract. When you buy a subscription, you ask us to start the service immediately and acknowledge that once the audit has been fully delivered, you lose the right of withdrawal for that period. If you withdraw before then, we refund you, minus the proportion of the service already provided.

7. Intellectual property

The RecoPulse service, website, design, software and report format belong to us. You may use your reports for your own business purposes, including sharing them with your team or advisers.

Information you give us (such as your business details) remains yours. You give us permission to use it to provide the service.

8. Availability

We aim to keep RecoPulse available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Checks depend on third-party AI services, which may be slow, unavailable or change how they work. If a check can't complete, we'll show that rather than an incomplete result.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Otherwise:

  • we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost customers or lost data;
  • our total liability for any claim relating to RecoPulse is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €100 if you've used only free features.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using RecoPulse and delete your account at any time. We can end these terms or suspend the service:

  • immediately, if you seriously or repeatedly break them; or
  • with at least 30 days' notice for any other reason. For a prepaid plan, we'll refund the unused part.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes significantly affect your rights, we'll notify account holders at least 30 days in advance. If you continue using RecoPulse after the changes take effect, you accept them. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes go to the courts of Lithuania. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

Consumers in Lithuania may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lt) for out-of-court dispute resolution. Please contact us first; most issues can be solved by email.
